Yes. The program is 100% online, so you can join from Europe, UK, North America, Gulf countries or Africa.
All sessions are done by video call and we use WhatsApp for support and reminders.
No, blood tests are not required to start. If you already have recent labs, we will review them together in your first consultation.
If you don’t have any, we can still begin from your symptoms and history, and I may later suggest which tests to ask your local doctor for.
Many women start to lose weight and reduce belly fat during the 8 weeks, but every body is different.
Our main goal is to improve your metabolic health: blood sugar, energy, sleep, cravings and habits. We focus on realistic, sustainable changes — not extreme diets.
Your results depend on your participation and effort. We will support you with clear guidance, calls and WhatsApp, but we cannot do the work for you. If you miss sessions, stop attending, or don’t follow the plan, there are no refunds, and the program still ends at 8 weeks. You will still have access to recordings and materials during that time.
